I'm Albert Ching, and I write the critically-acclaimed, universally-beloved "Channel Surfing" column in the sacred pages of the East Valley Tribune.

This blog exists to give me - and you, the loyal reader - a chance to interact, kibitz about the tube and also to react to things beyond the week's TV line-up, quicker than a daily newspaper deadline can allow you.

I was home sick the other day and I saw a classic "Boy Meets World" episode, the one where the dad quits his job at the grocery store and the mom buys the camping supply shop. It was, as one can expect, really good.
